Gordana Sidovska, Skopje
Every parent’s greatest joy is to watch their children’s achievements and support them in what they do. This certainly meant that one day, I will be able to build them their own home, so that they could live their married life on their own.
In November 2016, we had a wedding for the younger son. As much as we made calculations, with our income, it was clear that we would not have enough funds to provide conditions for a new home for the children – an extension of the house. Then we heard some very joyful news – a new baby in Sidovski family. And this is where the real adventure began. At one point, I really panicked that we would not welcome the baby as we had imagined. I noticed concern on my daughter-in-law and my son’s faces. As a parent, I could not allow such a thing so I immediately started looking for a solution.
One morning with colleagues at work, while we were drinking coffee, I told them about my woe. Deep in thought and saddened, I just heard in the background: “Come on, Gorde, it is not the end of the world. Go to FULM, they will surely help you”. I have to admit, when I saw how little documentation was needed, I was somehow relieved. There was no need for additional anxieties for gathering documents.
While I was waiting for the loan approval, I thought that those two days lasted forever. As if my thoughts were heard, the employees of FULM Savings House branch in Aerodrom, called me that same day with the best news, that my loan was approved. Happiness did not end there. The very same day, we started construction work. In the home of family Sidovski, work was in full swing.
That was a load off my mind. Thanks to FULM, we managed to provide decent living conditions for the new member of our family – my grandson. Everything turned out as I had imagined.
We are very grateful to FULM for the correctness, kindness and promptness.
The blissful granny Gordana
